Background

I have been a content creator for many years and there are so many things that I wish I knew when I got started in 2013. First of all, I did not monetize my content for a couple of years. When a brand offered me money or a partnership, I did not know what to do. I felt like they were doing me a favour. I wasn’t even sure of the paperwork. Should I send them a contract? Should I use my contract? When should they pay me? So most times I got taken advantage of because I was a rookie. Very few people are willing to talk about how they work with brands from contacting to signing all the way to execution. Over the years as a small / niche creator, I have worked with global reputable brands like Prowein and Wines of South Africa. I believe that when such brands come calling or even when you seek them out, you need to have your profile and systems ready. Through my work in digital marketing, my Economics and Finance education and creativity, I have developed ways to help creatives package their skills and price themselves. I am able to combine my education with practical on the ground industry insights. The brand-creator ecosystem in Kenya is still burgeoning and taking shape. It is essential to have some background info before you start approaching brands.

This will be done in 2hrs (separate 1hr, 30min, 30min) call

There will also be a free 30 min call to check up on you a month after.

Rates

USD 85 for the above services (In this option, you may have the skills and want to design it for yourself but I will give you free templates and guidance)

USD 157 for the above services + design (In this option, I will design a 15-20 page media kit for you)
