If you have caught up with my journey this far, you know that writing and blogging have always been dear to my heart. I started my first blog on a free platform and it still exists today.

My background

Allow me to introduce myself. I am Jean and this is my experience with blogging/ writing online.

  • I have always loved writing, and before blogs were blogs, I was sticking cutouts of magazines on sketchbooks and writing my own texts with calligraphy pens and markers.
  • 2013: The first blogs that I read inspired me to start mine. My first blog was https://thewineandfoodreview.blogspot.com/, and it still exists to date. I love writing about wine and food and this is where i started.
  • 2014: I then went to a self-hosted .com site which you can see here https://thewineandfoodreview.com/
  • 2015 – 2017: I did a lot of freelance writing on writer and sites like that.
  • 2017: I then opened attisfire and created this website from scratch and opened a blog section https://attisfire.com/blog/

See how I made a website in a week

  • 2016 to date: Apart from my personal projects, I have also done copywriting, article writing and ghostwriting for hundreds of clients since 2016 to date. My works are sprinkled all over the internet. Just type Jean Wandimi and you will see.

Why I started this challenge

I started this challenge because I learned that many people want to blog but they do not know how to start. Others just want to have a system that works for them.

I wanted to create a simple challenge that is sustainable and easy to share.
